In 1985, MKG Consulting started its business with a unique method of conducting feasibility studies on hotels which revolutionised the industry. This method - Constat Marketing - made it possible to associate marketing with financial projections for the first time in order to encourage development of the hotel industry. To date, the company has developed and diversified in several directions to become the leading hotel, restaurant and tourism consultancy in Europe. Over sixty expert consultants collaborate on various projects.

Through its various subsidiaries MKG Worldwide works as much in France as it does abroad and as much for the biggest tourist groups as individual investors. An example of some figures will give you an idea of the importance and variety of the projects carried out by the MKG Group: 400 reports, market case studies, marketing plans, financial evaluations, audits location studies are undertaken every year in order to optimise the repositioning and creation of establishments; 40,000 hotels are surveyed in the database and 1.1 million rooms across the world are analysed every month, providing an up-to-date and accurate picture of hotel activity across the world; 10,000 spot checks are also carried out every year by the quality control department, the first to have developed the quality audit in the European leisure industry.

Furthermore, two major events are held every year which enable professionals to meet and discuss product innovations, business strategies and management tendencies of human resources, marketing technology and financial developments. The Hotel Makers Forum in March and the Worldwide Hospitality Awards in November attract great international interest and participation in two of the industry's major events.
